I asked to have all my parts put in the back of my truck which was not done had to do it my self.The so-called tech also l forgot to let me know about the broken compressor bracket, sensor and intake manifold bolt that he messed up. They contract another business to complete this work. The original tint was scheduled and I was without my vehicle for an entire day. I picked up my vehicle and the tint was extremely bubbled and not acceptable at all. Neither my salesperson or the sales manager had looked at the work before my arrival. I was asked to give the tint time to settle I gave it over 2 weeks and it was still a very poor job. I had to schedule another appointment to have the tint redone. After not being responded to by the salesperson I called and had to speak with the General manager to get service. I scheduled an appointment, which again was going to take all day, to have the tint redone. At least this time I was given a loaner car. Yet again when I arrived neither the sales manager or salesperson had looked at the tint before my arrival. And again it was not acceptable. I was asked to wait again to allow it to settle. Again it was not a matter of it needing to settle and it is still not done correctly. When I spoke with the salesperson again this time I was given the contractors phone number and told to deal directly with them. I find this unacceptable, but for the sake of my car I obviously will have to handle matters myself. I scheduled my first service appointment for the service contract that I purchased to only have again very poor service. I will not have my car serviced by this dealer for anything even though I have already paid for that service. They are very poorly organized and do not care about their customers time at all. I do NOT recommend that anyone who values service and their own time buy a car from this Dodge dealership or any dealership with the name Larry H Miller. More

Scammed!Unnecessary Repairs done My 2014 Charger was in for a recall and Tim the service agent asked me since my car just turned 30,000 miles if I wanted to get the maintenance done . My 2014 Charger was in for a recall and Tim the service agent asked me since my car just turned 30,000 miles if I wanted to get the maintenance done . He explained if it wasn't done it can effect my warranty .I said yes since it needs 30,000 miles maintenance .He wrote my service ticket for all this work to be done when my car was still in the bay ,they didn't check if it needed it they just did it . My bill was 702.00 dollars !! After getting home and reading my owners manual and calling another Dodge Co. My Vehicle only needed a oil change ,Air Filter and check the Differential.! Most of the work done was not due for another 120,000 miles!! Calling Miller back and talking to Tim he said it was Preventive Maintenance . Not Once did he tell me it was Preventive Maintenance and that my car Did Not need all this work done until the Manufacturer recommendation . I am a Disabled Veteran on a limited income and had to take a loan out to pay for this .I trusted Tim to explain to me all the work Did Not have to be done and it was Preventive Maintenance I would have had to pay 50.00$ Only ! He scammed me ,did not tell me the truth of only what was due now and Did Not tell me it was Preventive Maintenance and Not Necessary at that mileage .Never Ever Trust them to tell you the truth of Only the work that needs to be done. They will take advantage of you so do not trust the Service Department..They will take you to the cleaners .SCAMMED!!! BBB Will be hearing from me . Consumers Beware !! More

Initially there were no SUVs that satisfied my budget so a truck was considered. We could not find one on the lot that fit my budget so I said no problem thank you anyway and left. Two days later I received a call from Zak he had found an SUV that fit my budget and in excellent shape! A deal was struck. The Jeep is amazing! I have dealt with Zak before and have always had a pleasant and productive experience. Finance was straight forward, no hidden charges, everything was explained before I signed. More

Service depertment treats customers horribly I took my mother to LHM Dodge on July 20, 2015 when her Dodge Durango (with 47,000 miles on it) was towed there after a warranty-related transmission I took my mother to LHM Dodge on July 20, 2015 when her Dodge Durango (with 47,000 miles on it) was towed there after a warranty-related transmission failure rendered the vehicle useless. The service writer was unbelievably rude, unhelpful and on the cusp of being outright rude. She was visiting from out of state and she was essentially told her vehicle repair was not a priority and would take about a month to complete. They refused to help with transportation and blatantly instructed her to RENT a car while hers was in their shop. In addition, the service writer was strongly interested in making her aware that she would be paying at least $100 to have the problem diagnosed, in spite of the evidence provided that the vehicle issue had already been diagnosed by an ASE certified mechanic and Chrysler Corp. had sent a tow truck to move the vehicle to the dealer for warranty (drive-train) repair. To make a long story shorter, she had to make several calls to the dealership manager AND to Chrysler Corp and all of the sudden, a rental car was provided for her and the car was reportedly "fixed" 11 days later. When my parents went to LHM Dodge to get their vehicle, the service writer was insistent that they should give high scores on all surveys regarding the service they received on their vehicle at LMH Dodge. After receiving the vehicle from the LMH Dodge service department they drove 180 miles to the Farmington area. During this drive, several alarms sounded in the car and they had to take it to the Dodge dealer in Farmington. There they were told that the exhaust system was missing several bolts that hold it in place. The remedy for this cost my parents almost $60. If this is how WARRANTY issues are handled, I assure you I will avoid doing business with this dealership at all cost! More
