Waste of a day My wife went in on a Saturday morning after finding five different trucks that would work for our purpose and our budget. Somehow, not one of those we My wife went in on a Saturday morning after finding five different trucks that would work for our purpose and our budget. Somehow, not one of those were available. Not one. The staff kept showing us trucks out of our price range, and then showed a Dodge Journey. Nice car, but impractical for doing sprinkler jobs. The sales manager (can't remember his name) tried to tell me that he worked HVAC out of his Chevy Malibu for two years. I could fit a soldering kit and rolls of soft copper in a Smart Car, but what about 20 foot sticks of pipe? Very dissatisfied, and found at another dealer what LHM said we couldn't get. More

During the explanation of future services I needed for my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee, he patiently answered all my questions to my satisfaction. This was my fourth experience at Larry Miller and every experience has been excellent so far. I will definitely be returning! As a first year Albuquerque resident, I now consider Larry Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Albuquerque on Lomas to be my "home" service dealership. Thank you!! More
Called Greg about a concern on my Jeep, I hit an arroyo in the boonies and the steering wheel was off to the left. Greg suggested I bring it in for an alignment. The next day when I arrived at the service in the boonies and the steering wheel was off to the left. Greg suggested I bring it in for an alignment. The next day when I arrived at the service drive, I was greeted by Tim Montoya. We discussed my concerns as Tim was writing the service order. I had just met Tim, yet we talked like we were old friends. About an hour later Tim told me that my Jeep was ready. I was surprised, but happy there was no damage and the alignment was all that was needed. As I was driving home, the Jeep handled great and the steering wheel was perfectly centered. I've had this service department work on some other problems in the past that other repair shops couldn't repair. They came thru everytime. I'm extremely satisified with the quality of work at this service department and the way they treat me. Greg and his staff are great guys. More

Salesmen were like vultures, standing around outside the showroom competing for people comin This is a very old-school high-pressure dealership. Salesmen were like vultures, standing around outside the showroom competing for people coming on the lot. I managed to get in unnoticed and ironically talked first with the sales manager. He assured me that they had multiple Jeep SUV’s in their inventory which met my criteria. Then he assigned me to a salesperson, who said they didn't have a matching vehicle and suggested we look at another model. After seeing I wasn't interested in another model, the salesperson re-checked his inventory and found one “that had just come in.” It was going through "prep" and would take about an hour before he could show it to me. When I started to leave…salesperson says: “oh wait let me see what I can do to speed things up, don’t leave, set down, and have some coffee, we’ll talk about you trade-in and get it appraised.” After waiting for an hour he finally brought the vehicle around for a test drive. I got in and noticed it had 532 miles on the odometer. When I confronted the salesperson, he said: “oh yea, this is our demo, there is another one, but not in a color you like and anyway we are not selling it because it is for the car show.” Later, when we got back from the test drive, another salesman comes up while I was looking over the exterior and says: "hey, why don’t look at the grey one we've got out back, it’s for the car show and a little higher priced, but may be just want you need." The manager and salesmen flat out lied about available models and colors. They used all kinds of xxxxxxand pressure to get me to purchase something that day, including: Bait and switch. Kept me waiting. Took the keys to the vehicle I drove in. Got my vin number and checked my payoff without my consent. “Good cop/Bad cop” routine trying to talk me out of the engine I wanted. I will not go back to this dealership, but if you do, make sure you know what you want and do your homework before going in! More
