The staff cooperated with me in my search for and eventual ordering of a vehicle that fit my specifications. They kept me up to date on the progress and delivery of the vehicle. Entire experience (new car purchasing is never my favorite activity by a long shot) was postitive. Bought my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Carmax along with a Carcare warranty. Carmax repaired the rear axle before I bought it because it was noisey. About a year later the noise came back. Carmax was too busy Carcare warranty. Carmax repaired the rear axle before I bought it because it was noisey. About a year later the noise came back. Carmax was too busy to repair it so they sent me to a local transmission shop for the repair. The transmission shop didn't believe it was the rear axle so they went thru the transmission, transfer case, driveline replacement, etc. To make a long story short, the kept my Jeep for most of the Summer and did not repair it. The warranty company told them to bring the Jeep to Your dealership (Larry Miller Jeep). That's when I met Karen who called me to let me know the Jeep was there. Karen kept me in the loop thruout the repair. The other place hardly ever called me, I had to call them. When I picked the Jeep up, the rear axle noise was gone, but there was a driveline vibration. Karen contacted the warranty company and they authorized a used rear driveshaft. When I was back in, waiting for the driveline to be installed, I met the Service Manager, Greg Goodman. I told Greg that I was impressed with the people that I had worked with in the sevvice department. Specifically, Karen and the tech who repaired my Jeep, Mike. Mike's knowledge and repair skills are superior in my estimation. More

Our sales person was very patient and helpful in our selection of the Wrangler. Going in, we didn't know which specific vehicle that we were going to purchse. Therefore, we test drove four or five diffe selection of the Wrangler. Going in, we didn't know which specific vehicle that we were going to purchse.
