Our Jeep Cherokee became subject to Jeep's stop-drive recall and remained in Larry H. Miller's possession for nearly four months while awaiting manufacturer parts and repairs. We recognized that the reca recall and remained in Larry H. Miller's possession for nearly four months while awaiting manufacturer parts and repairs. We recognized that the recall itself was not the dealership's fault. We were informed that our vehicle was damaged as the result of an accident that occurred on the public roadway immediately behind the dealership's service storage lot, where our Jeep was being stored. Regardless of how that accident occurred, our vehicle was in the dealership's exclusive care, custody, and control. The damage includes a shattered rear side window, damage to the surrounding window frame, paint or plaster-like material splattered down the entire passenger side of the vehicle, damage to the wheels and tires, multiple dents and paint defects, and broken glass throughout the interior. Because we have refused to accept a damaged vehicle, we have not yet been able to perform a complete inspection, and there may be additional damage that has not yet been discovered. After the window was broken, we repeatedly requested that the opening simply be covered to protect the interior from weather, debris, and contamination. Despite multiple requests, the vehicle remained exposed to elements for roughly a month after the damage occurred. That level of care for a customer's property is simply unacceptable. Our insurance company explained that damage occurring while a customer's vehicle is in a dealership's care is generally the responsibility of the dealership their Shop-keepers insurance. We were informed that it occurred approximately two months into the time our vehicle was being stored by the dealership. Larry H. Miller had roughly two additional months while our Jeep remained in its possession to coordinate repairs and restore the damage before the recall work was ever completed. It has now been over a week since the manufacturer recall repairs themselves were completed, and we are still without our vehicle. After patiently waiting nearly four months for recall parts and repairs, we fully expected to finally bring our Jeep home. Instead, we have been handed an entirely new problem that occurred while the vehicle was entrusted to the dealership's care. The most frustrating part is that the repairs themselves appear relatively straightforward. Replace the broken window. Match the custom tint. Repair the damaged window frame. Remove the paint and debris. Repair the cosmetic damage. Clean the broken glass from the interior. Inspect the vehicle for any additional damage. Return the Jeep in the same condition it was in before it was damaged. Had they simply taken responsibility and coordinated the repairs during that time, this matter could likely have been resolved before the recall was even finished. Instead, after four months of waiting, we are still without our vehicle because of damage that occurred while it was in Larry H. Miller's possession. That is beyond frustrating. What has been equally disappointing is the complete lack of communication from dealership leadership. We have made numerous attempts to contact General Manager Landon Tramell, and have received absolutely no response. We have now escalated this matter directly to Regional Vice President Ty Leuthold by email and, at the time of writing this review, we are still waiting for even the courtesy of a response. The silence from management has been just as disappointing as the damage itself. What disappoints me most is that this entire situation was avoidable. Accidents happen. Most reasonable people understand that. What defines a business is not whether something unexpected occurs--it is whether the business takes ownership, communicates honestly, and makes things right. That has not been our experience. Instead of taking responsibility, restoring our vehicle, and communicating with us, we have been left waiting while trying to convince the dealership to return our Jeep in the same condition it was in when they too More
I would like to thank Mark and Logan in the service department for their excellent communication and knowledge regarding my Jeep. The situation was not ideal for either party, but they kept me well inf department for their excellent communication and knowledge regarding my Jeep. The situation was not ideal for either party, but they kept me well informed throughout the process. I’d also like to recognize the sales team—Tom N., Patrick, and Steve—for their outstanding assistance in helping me purchase a new vehicle. They provided a fair trade value for the vehicle I had in the service department, and the purchase was truly hassle-free. Thanks again to the entire team. Chris More

Miller in Boise by mistake and I am happy I did because this time the service was outstanding. Compared to a year ago, they got to our Ram Truck in immediately and got the problem resolved within a day of it being towed to them. Roberto was the service manager and he answered my many questions and he and his team did exactly what they said they would do. I tried to go to my last review and update it there, but this site would not let me. Thank you for getting us back on the road and it proves things can change for the better. Good job!! More
