I recently purchased a like-new used 2021 Ram 1500 truck from Austin Koon at Larry Miller Dodge Ram in Boise, Idaho… and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Austin was incredible. I had a specifi from Austin Koon at Larry Miller Dodge Ram in Boise, Idaho… and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Austin was incredible. I had a specific list of features that I wanted, which made it difficult to find an acceptable vehicle. However, Austin was up to the challenge and over several weeks he found a truck that met all of my requirements. Austin was patient, he never pressured me and he was willing to go the extra mile. He also worked hard to get me the best possible price and a better than expected amount for my trade-in. As I was about to drive my new (to me) truck home with a smile on my face, I realized the dealership only had one key fob to unlock the doors and start the engine. I definitely needed two fobs in case I lost one. My smile faded. Austin and I spoke to his sales manager, Brad Roberts, who without hesitation arranged to get me at no cost an extra key fob, which aren’t cheap. My smile returned bigger than ever.
