They were over priced. They took way too long to do the work. I called for an appointment talked to someone in Atlanta. There was no way to talk to a person in Boise. When I brought the car in I was told the work would take 3 to five days and that they would call me with an estimate before any work was done. They had the car for 6 days, including a weekend before I got a call. My question is if it took 6 days to look at the car why was I told to bring it in so early. I need my car. They were also very poor with communication. I gave them my cell number and said they could text me but asked them to use my home number for calls. They wouldn't call my home number but insisted on using my cell. So disappoint with my experience. Will tell friends and family about it and recommend not using your service department. Also my car is a 2014. I will need a new car soon and will not be going to Larry H Miller for one More

Fantastic service, quick turnaround time, and a free complimentary car wash too? Yeah, these guys rock. They are super friendly and let me know what to think about getting fixed in the future but didn’t complimentary car wash too? Yeah, these guys rock. One of the worst experiences I have had getting our vehicle serviced. I remember why, we stopped going to Larry Miller now, but I figured this was Dodge not Honda and it was happy hour pricing. As far as I know the actual service was done fine, but I need to go check the color of my oil to be sure. The initial service person was the problem. What an @sshat. I think because we had a coupon, he got put out. Don't ever ask what they actually did for the price, as they have no time to explain with courteous language. Simply asked what the additional $15 was for and he got xxxxxxxx. We usually go to Lithia, but would definitely go to Walmart before coming back to Larry Miller. More

Had an appointment @ 10:30 truck was to be inspected & recall work done same day. Did not get the truck back till noon the following day. Had to call to find out truck was not going to be completed the sa recall work done same day. Did not get the truck back till noon the following day. Had to call to find out truck was not going to be completed the same day. Only communication was via text/email & no explanation of addition work they recommended. Did not do their recommended work.
