The service representative I worked with rude and unhelpful. He didn’t look up from his computer to greet me as he was watching sports on it (I could hear it coming through his computer speakers) and unhelpful. He didn’t miss a beat in saying no when I asked if there was a courtesy car available, and I had to prompt him about other ways of getting transportation to and from work. In later communication throughout the day via phone calls, he was unavailable and I had to deal with others who were very helpful. The app was also not properly updated throughout the day. When it came time to pick up my truck, he was also absent and someone else had to check me out. The truck wasn’t pulled up to the service center. I had to wander across the street and into the Honda lot to find it. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience. More
