I arrived before my appointment time at 7:30 got checked in for an oil change only. Got the text and link for checking the progress. Waited for 60 minutes I checked to see the progress on my vehicle, the in for an oil change only. Got the text and link for checking the progress. Waited for 60 minutes I checked to see the progress on my vehicle, the link said checked in only. At 90 minutes (9:00) there was no change so I called the service dept. I was told I checked in at 830, I said no it was 7:30. He was argumentative, told me it would be another 20 minutes. 30 minutes later (9:30) I walked to where I could observe my vehicle up on the lift. It was 10:00 when my vehicle was finally done. Another customer was having the same issue with their vehicle. I Had I already paid for a service package I am not happy with this sort of treatment. More

Scheduled an appt for oil change. Show up on time and I am told it will be 2 hours. What's the purpose of taking appointments if it is the same amount of wait time if you just show up Show up on time and I am told it will be 2 hours. I have purchased at least 3 vehicles from Larry Miller Dodge. Very disappointed in the service dept. More

The sales representative Jose Lorenzo was so great to work with. We really did not know exactly what kind of vehicle we wanted and he helped us test drive numerous types of vehicles within our price rang work with. We really did not know exactly what kind of vehicle we wanted and he helped us test drive numerous types of vehicles within our price range and we are so happy with our new Jeep Gladiator. Jose Lorenzo was so knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and was honest about pros and cons as we compared them. We will definitely be back when it is time for us to buy again. More
