Wonderful experience, we did not feel pressured to buy the first time we came in, we were able to go home and think about the different options we were presented. Larry Sabate informed me that I would be given 1 year of satellite radio, but it canceled after only a month. I called Larry to ask him about it and was required to leave a message. He hasn't returned my call, and when I made eye contact with him the day of my service he completely ignored me. During this visit I was informed by the sales manager that I would be required to wait an extra hour while a replacement shock, not in stock, was brought in. However, it turned out to be an extra 2 or 3 hours. In total I was at the dealership from 930 am to about 3 pm. This wasn't a problem, because the service manager had informed me that I would have to wait in the replacement shock. I did miss lunch and no one ever offered me a shuttle ride to a restaurant. Also I was told that a manager would call to resolve these problems I had, but no such call has arrived. On the positive side, the greeter for my service was extremely friendly, and knowledgeable even though he was still in his training period. This same greeter continued to keep me informed as to the progress in my jeep, up until the point it was passed to the service manager. More

Not at all happy with the lack of customer service after I bought a truck. Called numerous times and left messages that were not returned. Finally went another route and got my stuff taken care of. Andre was knowledgable and enthusiastic about the vehicle. He was at the airport when my plane landed. He oriented me to the vehicle and helped me sync my phone. Our van went down. I had it towed to your dealership and have had great service in trying to discover what is really going on with it. He had the computer replaced drove it for a test drive and the computer went out again. When the vehicle was done I paid for it and drove it a few miles and the vehicle died again. Computer went out again. Ron is working with his techs to discover the cause. I have always avoided dealerships because of costs. This has changed my whole perspective. Don Carter More

The customer service is ok, but not great. The lady I worked with didn't really communicate much. I purchased a service plan at my last visit. I've never received any reminders (via mail or email) about when it was time to come in. Also at my last visit, there was no sticker left on the windshield indicating mileage or month for my next visit. So, I think I was way overdue for a visit. I know that I can take responsibility for tracking these things and knowing when it is time for service, but I really like some of the other dealerships that have helped me with remembering these things. At this visit I would have liked to have known how many more oil changes were left on my plan. I don't remember from the last visit. It doesn't show on my invoice and no one could tell me when I asked. I also think that the invoices are very hard to understand. There are prices everywhere and it's hard to know what is a subtotal for an individual service and what is a total. Also, it would be nice to get reminders on recommended service based on the mileage of my vehicle. At this visit I asked for this and the price. There were some things written on the invoice with some prices, but again, it was very difficult to see what the particular service was and what it included. I hope this is constructive feedback.
