I'm sorry to hear aobut your experience! We work hard to arange financing for our customers. We do what we can to make the terms fit within the contract agreement between the customer and the dealership. I know that you have sold cars, and you know that acomplishing this task is not always that easy. We generally do not arrange financing for customers who have not signed or take delivery of a vehicle, but if you wish I will try to get this deal done at the terms we agreed upon. I was told over the phone that financing had been arranged and that we came to terms on monthly payment lender, term, rate, and so on. I came to find out that was a lie. Rick told me to he couldn't get me a loan unless I signed the contract of sale. That was a lie too. He couldn't secure the loan to fund the deal if I didn't sign, but he still could have found financing. He didn't have a loan to secure. Rick was nothing but rude and unprofessional. He also made Jeep's warranty seem terrible and did not give me any confidence in the company or what I was buying. He should build up the product he is selling. I was then approached by another manager who expected me to take the Jeep, carry insurance on it, cancel my other policy, leave my trade which is $10k more than the Jeep, all with the possibility of bringing it back a week later. What a joke! Reading other reviews on Google, I saw that this was common place at your dealership. You are why people hate buying cars and why car salesmen have bad reps. $499 window etching? Come on... What a scam. That should be a customer choice too. I will buy from Ken Garff and not have to deal with such a slimy dealership like LHM. I will also make the rounds with my review on Cars.com, AutoTrader, Edmunds, TrueCar, CarGurues, blogs and so on. I was also lied to about trade value, which book was being used and who was buying my trade. The whole experience was a joke and a huge let down. So no, please do not work to put the deal together.
