Larry Sabate informed me that I would be given 1 year of satellite radio, but it canceled after only a month. I called Larry to ask him about it and was required to leave a message. He hasn't returned my call, and when I made eye contact with him the day of my service he completely ignored me. During this visit I was informed by the sales manager that I would be required to wait an extra hour while a replacement shock, not in stock, was brought in. However, it turned out to be an extra 2 or 3 hours. In total I was at the dealership from 930 am to about 3 pm. This wasn't a problem, because the service manager had informed me that I would have to wait in the replacement shock. I did miss lunch and no one ever offered me a shuttle ride to a restaurant. Also I was told that a manager would call to resolve these problems I had, but no such call has arrived. On the positive side, the greeter for my service was extremely friendly, and knowledgeable even though he was still in his training period. This same greeter continued to keep me informed as to the progress in my jeep, up until the point it was passed to the service manager. More
