My service writer was great, took all my information down, was very professional. As far as the service I was not happy! I have bought two trucks here and every time I I ask them to rotate them a certai down, was very professional. As far as the service I was not happy! They even write it down how I asked and every time it gets done it’s the same front to rear and rear to front. I know it seams like a petty thing. But do you think if I can’t get this one thing right I’m going to trust you on something major. I just feel I get the runaround, whether it be my truck or my company’s truck. It is just frustrating. I left my truck and they never got to it. I had a 9:15 appointment and I’m the one who had to eventually find out what was going on. Gary was my service contact. He texted me one time after I had already made contact. I attempted to call/ text multiple times later with no response. Nothing was resolved and I picked my truck up the next day. They offered another service time, when their lead technician could take a look at my truck. However, it was on a day I couldn’t make it due to work.
