I've been taking my cars there for service for the last 6 years. I have not had ONE bad experience. NOT. ONE. Every time I go, they are professional, accommodating, and very nice! This last time, my car was going to require more to fix than I could afford right now, so, I just happened to check out their selection of used cars. They had an IMMACULATE 2018 Challenger and the salesman, Blaine Clarke, talked me into test driving it. Well, I ended up purchasing it. Blaine was awesome to work with! I was hoping that the star system would let me give you -10. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever dealt with in my 45 years of life.. Not only did you not fix the problem with my car they were dish -10. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever dealt with in my 45 years of life.. Not only did you not fix the problem with my car they were dishonest the entire time I was told my car needed an entire new engine that was a lie. We ended up picking up our car and taking it to another shop with a different mechanic The only thing I needed was a new starter and a battery. Your tatics of trying to scare customers to buying new cars is ridiculous. Service like this ruins trust in consumers and will tell everyone I know to stay clear of this dealership. I will never buy anything affiliated with this brand ever again and steer family and friends away too. More
