I bought a used truck from them that was previously leased and had 25,xxx miles. As an out of state buyer, I held the photos as gospel and "no damage" to mean such. I put down a deposit and they held the vehicle for a little over a week. Upon arrival to the dealership I was greeted quickly. Looking at the vehicle I noticed several scratches along the driver side that had been paint penned (wrong color) and the driver seat glued at a common tear spot. Brad indicated he hadn't noticed and it must have been done by the previous owner. Maybe they missed the seat but I could spot the paint from 8 or 9 feet away. His team assisted in scrubbing off what had been used to fill the scratches. To keep me as a return customer, they probably could have cut a bit from the price of almost 40K plus tax. Paperwork went pretty quick and was out in about an hour. It would have been quicker but they had to count part of the payment. Vehicle was full of fuel and mostly clean inside. Minus between the seat and console where I found an old seasoning packet and a few crumbs. They did the job and sold a car nothing spectacular. More
Colin was amazing. He made sure he understood our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He kept us up to date on the repairs/maintenance while we were waiting in the dealersh and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I was especially grateful that he acknowledge that I was the main driver (being female sometimes that does not happen and people will go straight to my husband). Colin did not do that, he made sure both of us knew what our options were and he took the time to help us make the best decisions possible. I sincerely hope I run into him again when I come back. It took you guys 4 visits to get my head unit replaced. All good and the two men in parts department were great! They were friendly and helpful. Oil change was without problems. I was quoted $30 per tire for wheel balance seem over priced.
