I was immediately impressed by how efficiently the Service Department operated. I was welcomed into the service bay as soon as I arrived and my service advisor, Isaac listened carefully as I went over Service Department operated. He showed me a number of options for the new tires I required and recommended two additional services based on my Jeep's mileage. Isaac kept me informed throughout the day and, even though it was a long list, everything was completed by the end of the day. I can't think of anything that could have been better. More
I bought a 2017 Jeep rubicon, 33,000 miles on it. The engine blew in one month. Chrysler said water in intake, no warranty coverage. Dealer said too bad, not there fault. $9,000. Repair. Colin was amazing. He made sure he understood our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He kept us up to date on the repairs/maintenance while we were waiting in the dealersh and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He kept us up to date on the repairs/maintenance while we were waiting in the dealership lobby. Because of this we knew things were progressing and did not worry. I was especially grateful that he acknowledge that I was the main driver (being female sometimes that does not happen and people will go straight to my husband). Colin did not do that, he made sure both of us knew what our options were and he took the time to help us make the best decisions possible. I sincerely hope I run into him again when I come back. It took you guys 4 visits to get my head unit replaced.
