The sale negotiation and financing process was my only negative feedback simply because I caught the other salesperson Will offering some fake concessions such as "we'll fill it up with gas/detail it for you" (which Matt had already told me was included as part of the purchase), and the finance guy (can't remember his name) kept calling me "Paul", which just made me feel like I was a sales number, rather than a valued customer. (I did correct him and he apologized, and it didn't happen again) But.. I've bought a few things in my life and realize it's part of the process and Matt in particular was such a great salesperson that it made me overlook any negatives. More

Bought a new 2015 town and country van had nothing but problems no help fro dealer. Dealer supposedly changed oil not the case they stripped oil drain bolt but said they changed oil.front leather seat dri problems no help fro dealer.
