Before I contacted Riley I had been in the market for a vehicle for 13 months dealing with the annoyance of other dealers promising what they could not deliver when it came to close on the deal. The vehicles I test drove and researched the most was the Toyota RAV4, VW Tiguan, Subaru Forester, and Jeep Cherokee. When I contacted Riley he asked all the right probing questions and actually listened to what I wanted in a vehicle down to every detail; other dealers were so poor they even quoted me on the wrong model of vehicle.
