Bought a great Jeep Cherokee with the options I wanted. I knew I wanted a Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk. I was planning on getting it in October, but Ken found four of them and this one has everything I wanted, I knew I wanted a Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk. I was planning on getting it in October, but Ken found four of them and this one has everything I wanted, except black upholstery. Black holds too much heat in the summer. I was discouraged until Ken told me that the upholstery could be changed...Yippee!!! I chose several colors and narrowed it down to one. Ken called me when the rep was there. They were concerned that I wouldn't be happy with my choice. The rep and Ken talked to me and explained their points. The color that was recommended was actually my first choice, I just didn't think it was available. I'm excited to get the new ones. Ken, Dante, Mike and Carolyn were very helpful and went along with my silly jokes. Ken kept in touch with me on the whole deal. He talked with me on his days off answering my questions. That doesn't happen with most employees for large purchases. Ken also helped my son find a car. It's a great car. I recommend Ken all the time!! I know Ken and expected him to know his business. Since my wait was likely to take a while, I was willing to look at some of the stock when Jasmine offered to show me around while my Jeep was being worked on. We drove a few of the newer models and while they were amazing cars, I still did not want to go through buying one. Only after I actually started to listen to what Jasmine and AJ were telling me about these Wranglers, did I really want one. They worked with me while I was being difficult through the process and making ridiculous requests. The entire process wasn't nearly as painful as when I have purchased vehicles before. I was given a great deal and talked through what I was agreeing to. Even when I met with Mike to review my financing, I felt that my time was well spent. I have recommended this dealership to several of my collegues and friends. More
