Huge, large dealership with lots of support staff and tons of employees everywhere. Made a service appointment for a specific day and time, yet they still took 2 hours to complete an oil change and tire tons of employees everywhere. Very disappointed with time spent at dealership for such basic maintenance. More
Service was great. Work was done in a timely manner. The free ride from and to my house was great. Work was done in a timely manner. The free ride from and to my house was great. More

I made an appointment, but found out when I arrived that what that means is an appointment to get into the end of the line for processing. Not service or repair. I would need to leave my only transportation what that means is an appointment to get into the end of the line for processing. Not service or repair. I would need to leave my only transportation for at least 2 days, probably more, before it was even looked at. Then after that find out how long the actual repair would take. I was offered the phone number for enterprise to pay for a rental car out of my own pocket. I expected that waiting a week for an appointment would mean that my vehicle would be looked at. At that time. Not what I found out it actually was. This is how they run the service department apparently. They were putting much more effort into their drinks and snacks than to myself. The mechanic guy who actually helped was very kind and tried to help me out, he recognized the impossible position I was put into by the so-called appointment. I really appreciate his help. I had to leave, without my engine mounts being replaced. I have kids and only 1 car. (school at 3 different locations and daily Dr appts require transportation) I can’t afford to have no transportation for days while it’s just sitting in a parking lot. (I’m aware driving is a risk. Not being able to get kids to the Dr is not an option either) I give the whole department and scheduling a 0. That’s a zero score. I give the individual who actually helped me a 10. Thank you I will definitely take my vehicle somewhere else that actually understands what a service appointment is. More
When my check engine light came on, I got it scanned here. They told me the code and what would need to be replaced. They were booked up for the following two weeks until they could schedule an appointm here. They told me the code and what would need to be replaced. They were booked up for the following two weeks until they could schedule an appointment for me to bring the car back to be serviced. They told me that this would require leaving the car “all day” on the day of the appointment. When I returned for the appointment, the self-described “Jeep guy” couldn’t give me a price estimate for a routine part and labor. He then told me he might be able to get my car to a technician the following day, after which we could discuss any service. I took my car and had it serviced elsewhere. The horrid communication is unacceptable. The assumption that customers will be fine without our vehicles for an undefined and unnecessary number of days is offensive. These people are greedy, dismissive, sleazy, and completely unprofessional. Do not put up with this “business model” and (lack of) code of conduct. More
