Poor communication, lack of accountability from service rep and technician, poor service planning & repairs took 3 times longer than estimated. I had a scheduled appointment and the work was still not comp rep and technician, poor service planning & repairs took 3 times longer than estimated. I had a scheduled appointment and the work was still not completed in a timely fashion. I had to reach out to the service rep to get updates & push for my vehicle to get done sooner. The repairs were all manufacture defects and recalls. More
Dealership is good; but I can't understand why take appointments, if others can come in without one? Maybe have a door for appointments, rather than express, so customers feel like they are treated fai appointments, if others can come in without one? Everyone I have worked with is extremely courteous and helpful, even when they have to deal with Chrysler/Mopar inferiorities. A new car should not need so much covered service repairs. And multiple times for the same repair part - not dealership's fault, but Mopar's. Service was completed in time estimate given. More
