Very accommodating and they did their best to get the process to go as fast as possible. The car has low tire pressure which I wish would have been fixed before driving it home, but I understand it was l process to go as fast as possible. Financing guy made payment the same and then added a year... Made it sound like we would be screwed if the car broke down if we didn't buy their extended warranty. The car was still covered under manufacturer's warranty for the exact same amount of miles, so literally would be paying $4000 for no more coverage. Thankfully was able to cancel, but wish they had more of our best interests in mind. Same thing with gap insurance, he saw we already had gap insurance through our car insurance but still let us sign the paper to buy it for $1000. Make sure you do your research and take your time to read the paperwork, don't let yourself feel rushed. More

Chris Spencer in service was fantastic. He got my Challenger in for some simple basic work and they let me know about an issue with some dry rot on my tires that I hadn’t seen.
