I had an appointment and showed up about 20 minutes early. I got a bad feeling when I wasn’t even acknowledged for about ten minutes. I addressed my vehicle issues with the service writer and was told early. I got a bad feeling when I wasn’t even acknowledged for about ten minutes. I addressed my vehicle issues with the service writer and was told that I could monitor the progress on the link that was sent to me. I looked at that about 5 hours later and it said my vehicle had been inout into the system. No progress in that time. I tried calling, no answer. I tried texting the number that I was given, no reply. After 7 hours I got a call back from my service representative stating the vehicle hadn’t even been looked at yet. I asked to have the vehicle ready right away for me to pick up. Big waste of my time. More

Seems after you make a purchase the dealership disregards you when there is a issue that you find after the initial purchase. I have been waiting for a return call from the service agent about my issue and h you when there is a issue that you find after the initial purchase. I have been waiting for a return call from the service agent about my issue and have yet to get a call back, or even a courtesy call. So to me a organization should always keep their customer service role even after the vehicle has been purchased. Try to keep everyone happy if possible. Doing that would make the customer come back everytime to purchase car for there 4 kids wife etc. But when placed on the back burner you will move on and hopefully find a dealership that wants to keep your business. More
