Dealership staff appeared to struggle with the out-of-state sale in multiple aspects, including calculating appropriate sales tax (I ended up paying an additional $600 local tax), coordinating shipping (I ended up flying out to pick up the vehicle in-person due to multiple delays), significant delay in title and registration information being sent (information was finally sent to the DMV over 3 weeks after payment, contract, and well after I took position, and just as the temporary tags were about to expire), and ultimately I was never refunded the cost to transport the vehicle ($1200) after picking it up in-person and after multiple calls and messages to the sales rep, sales manager, and financial staff regarding the situation. More

Worst customer service in the valley. Had vehicle for 2 weeks. Went to pick it up after they called me saying it was ready to be picked up and service was completed. Scheduled an appointment and still took 20min to get the right person to help. I was ok to leave my car overnight, but never got a call or update that they would need to keep it for a day and a half. The service I received was good, I wasn’t thrilled with the greeting of, “What are you doing here?” Instead it could have been a, “Thanks for coming in! How can we help you?” I won’t mention names of that the greeting of, “What are you doing here?” Instead it could have been a, “Thanks for coming in! How can we help you?” I won’t mention names of that poor service individual. Especially when we had a scheduled appointment. It wasn’t until we were handed off to Jeremy, that we received great customer service and had someone communicate in a professional and friendly manner. Jeremy kept us up to date with our vehicle and let us know if there was anything that came up. He also was able to answer questions and wasn’t condescending. I would recommend working with him if you need to go to the Service Department for getting work done at the dealership. More
