He was an absolute expert on Jeeps, vehicle functionality and well exercised at taking my input/needs and delivering a vehicle that met my needs and preferences. Treated nice by the salesman, I paid cash for my car and once the deal was made customer service was absolutely terrible and issues are still not resolved yet after two months.
