The service I received was good, I wasn’t thrilled with the greeting of, “What are you doing here?” Instead it could have been a, “Thanks for coming in! How can we help you?” I won’t mention names of that the greeting of, “What are you doing here?” Instead it could have been a, “Thanks for coming in! How can we help you?” I won’t mention names of that poor service individual. Especially when we had a scheduled appointment. It wasn’t until we were handed off to Jeremy, that we received great customer service and had someone communicate in a professional and friendly manner. Jeremy kept us up to date with our vehicle and let us know if there was anything that came up. He also was able to answer questions and wasn’t condescending. I would recommend working with him if you need to go to the Service Department for getting work done at the dealership. More

Poor service. No pride in their product. Wanted to only do the minimum. And this rating tool sucks. Just spent an hour trying to let you all know what I thought an No pride in their product. This was very much like my three hour oil change. They said the vehicle was done an hour earlier but they had lost my paper work. will definetly look for another dealer. Not impressed at all. More

I had an urgent issue that I needed the service department to take a look at. I am from out of town and wanted to make sure the vehicle was safe to drive the long distance home. Don’t buy your car here. They will happily sell you a vehicle that doesn’t work, with issues, and then the GM will tell you it’s your fault and you have to pay because they d They will happily sell you a vehicle that doesn’t work, with issues, and then the GM will tell you it’s your fault and you have to pay because they didn’t sell you a reliable vehicle like literally they should. Shotty bussiness. Also it should be mentioned my vehicle kept having more issues come up AFTER the mechanics did work. Now I need my oil sensor replaced and my oil was leaking everywhere but only AFTER the mechanics had taken my car two separate times and fixed multiple different things saying it was something new every-time and hadn’t fully resolved one sound my vehicle was making that I had immediately taken it in for. After two separate occasions of it being in the shop for multiple days with little communication from the team and NO communication about what they fixed or what was wrong. When I left the shop everytime something new was weird with my vehicle or some new sound was more obvious or now my oil sensor needs to be replaced and my oil is leaking. More

Did a very good job with my 4 wheel drive tires alignment. Austin Phibbs in the service department was honest and very friendly. My only problem and complaint is I was trying to use a promotional c alignment. Austin Phibbs in the service department was honest and very friendly. My only problem and complaint is I was trying to use a promotional coupon from their website, which I was told when I arrived for my appointment wouldn’t work for my vehicle. Nothing from the promotion coupon lead he to believe I would not get the coupon price… which I didn’t get. I consider this tactic to be false advertising to get people to come in to have service done then not honoring their advertisement. More
