My service advisor is Brandon. I cannot tell you how much I have enjoyed working with him. My first contact was about 3 weeks ago on a Saturday when I had my jeep towed in with bat I cannot tell you how much I have enjoyed working with him. My first contact was about 3 weeks ago on a Saturday when I had my jeep towed in with battery issues. He made some suggestions and told me it would be ready to go on the following Tuesday. It was. At the pickup time he recommended that I have a couple of services done and at that time after replacing the very expensive batteries I chose to have the service done at a later date. About 2 weeks later my check engine light came on and my drivers door lock would not work. I made an appointment for the next week and in talking with Brandon he looked at the error codes and gave me another big buck estimate on the fix. We also discussed the past do service. I am retired and on a fixed income so I told him to do the door and light and I will get the service done later. He called me a couple of days later and told me that he had done some checking and found that my extended warranty was still in effect and that it would cover the door and light. Well that wS Xmas in May for me. I told him to do the required service. I believe he went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate his work ethic. He should be commended for his efforts. On another note we discussed the corrosion on my doors which is a known problem with the jeeps and how I was dissatisfied with the warranty guy. Brandon e mailed the body shop and the lady has called me to come in this next week so they can look at it. This is another situation that Brandon went above and beyond to help a customer. Great guy. Quoted an enormous amount, nearly 6000. 00 to fix. We fixed it for 460.00 by replacing a module that took 10 minutes. They keep your car for days, are short staffed, and are not honest! This is the 5th or 6th time my truck has been in and had service performed and it never gets fixed. I’ve called for 5 weeks to talk to a service manager and I get no return call or anything from him.
