The manager makes it’s female sales people cry, she was training/shadowing the other salesman. In many unkind words told her to leave his office. Refused to let me test drive a truck because I wasn’t worki training/shadowing the other salesman. In many unkind words told her to leave his office. I bought my 2019 ram bighorn classic in May of 2019. They had a promo when I bought it. 15 free oil changes. Can't beat that! Been up to date on all my services. So when my truck wouldn't start a few da They had a promo when I bought it. 15 free oil changes. Can't beat that! Been up to date on all my services. So when my truck wouldn't start a few days ago I brought it into the guys I knew who would take care of me. Well my factory warranty expired about a week before I started having issues. Go figure! I called the service department let them know what was going on and they informed me I bought an extended warranty. I forgot about that. Was able to get it started to the truck in and he informed me that it would be about a week till they were able to look at it. A few days after I dropped it off I called to see if they got to it yet. Informed him that I've been driving my side x side to work and it's to hot for that. Next day he called to inform me that my truck was fixed and ready to go. I couldn't be more pleased. All it was was a bad cell in my battery. Had them replace it and picked it up the next day. He was even able to put it on my extended warranty and only pay 100$ not 400$. I've always received good customer service here. They even got me a ride home and back to pick it up. I'm sure they was more then what it cost me to replace the battery. Keep up the good work. You saved me a big bill. I'm working 60 hours a week and with the cost of everything going up I wasn't sure if I could even afford a new battery. Thank you so much. More
