They were fast and courteous. But they were not thorough. I had stated that the same thing happened that was fixed approx 2 years ago They drove the ar and they didn't fee But they were not thorough. I had stated that the same thing happened that was fixed approx 2 years ago They drove the ar and they didn't feel the kerling when it shifts Which doesn't occur all the time It seems to be a cable that was on a recall It seems they didn't look up what was fixed the last time to have an idea of what was wrong. Or do I just wait until the transmission is damaged. So it can be replaced too. More

He was an absolute expert on Jeeps, vehicle functionality and well exercised at taking my input/needs and delivering a vehicle that met my needs and preferences. The sales process was quick and efficient, and Sam provided excellent service through the sale and servicing of this vehicle.
