Job appears to have been well done. Service writers are excellent. Contacting service dept. by phone is a nightmare. Finally had to give up and go in in person. Diagnoses after Diagnoses Josh was finally able to figure out what the deal was. Truck threw no codes but wouldn't stay running. Erik and Matt kept me informed during the process. 15 days later I have my baby back. There is a door ding on front driver door that wasn't there before!
