Don’t know what to call it other than incompetent. I’ve had my dodge ram 3500 into their shop three different times to fix the electric running boards. Each time they say it’s fixed only to pick it up I’ve had my dodge ram 3500 into their shop three different times to fix the electric running boards. Each time they say it’s fixed only to pick it up and have it not work. They said my heated steering wheel was fixed and it wasn’t. Went on for 30 seconds then shut off. I just had it in for a regular service and when i picked it up it had a low coolant light on the dash. Would love to take it somewhere else but trying to use the warranty. They never clean the car when they have it. They just leave it outside in the rain and dirt even though it’s spotless when I drop It off. More

Past paperwork was not looked at by servicers so went over things 2x and Erik corrected. Takes a bit more time but more if it’s needed to go over 2x and then corrected. I wish the Oil Reset would be done to close out the service as ✅ Done. So many times I go to leave and need to RESET it and follow the dash instructions pressing “OK” and it doesn’t work but I gotta go so come home or and figure it out. It’s annoying. Other than that Great job on attentiveness by Erik. He even walked me to my car to leave and we checked out the new windshield wipers. Usually my keys are given and I go find my car and would have to go back in if I had ?’s or concerns. He’d left when I noticed the oil reset needing done and I didn’t want to go back inside. I think that’d be service who did the oil job to reset it when complete. Thank you for paying attention and making changes to improve your Jeep customers!! More
