Seams like they are overwhelmed and always say they do not have enough staff. Our vehicle had the engine light come on. We had it towed there to get a diagnostic test, and possibly fixed. Despite all of the inconvenience we were for the service department, Eric was an absolute pleasure in assisting us getting to the next mechanic.
