Seams like they are overwhelmed and always say they do not have enough staff. This may be true but in my opinion should not be communicated to the customers and not used as a catch all excuse for poor se not have enough staff. Very hard to get anyone to answer the phone and when they do, they blurt out something unintelligible and put me on hold. A simple hold please works well. Hard to get service in under two weeks. More

Our vehicle had the engine light come on. We had it towed there to get a diagnostic test, and possibly fixed. Although they were thorough with the test, the pricing unfortunately was not in our budget. We had to have another mechanic fix it so we had to tow it somewhere else. Despite all of the inconvenience we were for the service department, Eric was an absolute pleasure in assisting us getting to the next mechanic. We still give this dealership a 5 star rating because Eric and his excellent customer service. Thank you Eric! More
