Dropped a hellcat off for service, left it there a week and nobody touched it. Service writer said their new system overbooked the service department. The people at this dealership are still top notch but and nobody touched it. Service writer said their new system overbooked the service department. The people at this dealership are still top notch but being set up to fail!! Picked the car up and went to a different Dodge dealer for the service. I felt disloyal as I’ve been a loyal LHM customer since 1996. Come back to us Miller family! The new guys are pure CRAP!!! More

Waited several months for an appointment. When I dropped my jeep off for repair it took 3 weeks based on not enough help and scheduling issues. Reached out to service manager on his direct line several times , no call back. Once I did ask for his manager he took my call and said “ it was hard to get back to me because my jeep was next door. Once the repair was done he then sent me a text saying that a part that was needed for a separate issue had not been ordered at the beginning and would take several more days. The work was not completed. I will not recommend nor will I go back. Horrible experience More

Tried to sell me services that I had done on my last service. The tech nore the service writer bothered to check the history of my vehicle. Very disappointed. They showed me a picture of my cabin filter service. The tech nore the service writer bothered to check the history of my vehicle. Very disappointed. When I checked afterwards the damper cord had come out of the out of the damper mechanism, it was very obvious but they did not bother hooking it back up. Just clipped it on like all was good. When all was said and done they asked me to write a perfect review. That would need to be earned. More
