Visited this LM Ram Dealer last week and had a terrible experience with the service underwriter. He sold me an oil change package of 3 services not informing me they expire in 12 months. Because I only put experience with the service underwriter. He sold me an oil change package of 3 services not informing me they expire in 12 months. Because I only put 7K miles on my truck each year there’s no way I’d ever recoup my money. When I called to discuss he gave me the run around. I asked to talked to the service manager. We did come to an agreement of a refund. However no real apologies were extended. I felt that he just wanted to give me a refund and never see me again. Well that’s what you’ll get, along with all my friends and family that own Chrysler products. More

Breech of Privacy I took my Jeep in to get an oil change. While it was there someone in the service department activated the Sirius Radio promotion of 3 free months. I I took my Jeep in to get an oil change. While it was there someone in the service department activated the Sirius Radio promotion of 3 free months. I was floored when I got the email stating I had activated the 3 month free trial. I called Sirius Radio and when I told them I never activated it, they showed on their records that Larry H. Miller activated it! WOW...REALLY! If I wanted Sirius Radio I'd activated it two years ago when I bought the Jeep. When I asked the dealership about it they acted like it was not a big deal! Yes it a free trial for 3 months, but that is not the point. The point is what gives them the right to sign me up without my permission? The fact that they were not at all concerned about it and that no one has followed up with me tells me alot. I would not recommend Larry H Miller Jeep in Surprise, AZ More
CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT DID EVERY THING TO GET US THE BEST iTS WAS GOOD, BUT WE CAME IN WITH A FLYER THAT SAID 90 DAYS WITHOUT PAYMENT, WE LOVE THE 2019 DODGE WHITE TRUCK, BUT THE BED OF THE TRUCK WAS ALL WITH iTS WAS GOOD, BUT WE CAME IN WITH A FLYER THAT SAID 90 DAYS WITHOUT PAYMENT, WE LOVE THE 2019 DODGE WHITE TRUCK, BUT THE BED OF THE TRUCK WAS ALL WITH PAINT SPOT AND DENTS. A LITTLE PAINT WOULD BEEN FINE, WIFE WAS NOT TOO HAPPY. NOW WE HAVE TO SPENT OUT OF POCKET FOR A COATING FOR THE BED, AND SOME SCATHER REAR DOOR TO THE BED AND SOME ON THE SIDE OF THE TRUCK. More
