Scheduled maintenance and correction of two recall items. Took vehicle in, they immediately commenced work and provided transportation back home for me. Surprise Ram makes me fill like I'm part of the family. I came in around 8:30 A.M. and Jerry "The Jeep Guy" worked with me until almost 9:00 P.M to find the Truck I was looking for. They really have a great selection of trucks to choose from. And, their team is dedicated to customer satisfaction. They really were not happy until I was. I Came in looking for a SLT "Warlock" ended up buying a Ram Big Horn with everything I wanted. The price was GREAT to because my new Ram Big Horn came with more options than the SLT would have had. I was very impressed. I would recommend Surprise Ram to anyone. They really help take the stress out of the car buying experience. Happy Guy. More
