Great Sales follow through I was very interested in purchasing a new Trackhawk, Jerry said he would call me on the first date I could order. Jerry did exactly what he said, h I was very interested in purchasing a new Trackhawk, Jerry said he would call me on the first date I could order. Jerry did exactly what he said, he called me on August 10th and I put my order in. I moved to Arizona from California last year, I actually bought a new Grand Cherokee from a dealer in Tempe last year with my son, I also told them to call when I could order a Trackhawk, also a dealership in Scottsdale. Levi was efficient and knowledgeable, explaining what the recall inspection process entailed and getting the oil changed. Levi gave me updates on the progress as I was waiting for my vehicle, installed the brake booster shield, changed the oil and completed a full vehicle inspection in a very timely manner. Vehicle was returned to me washed and ready to go. Along with an exceptional purchase experience, this dealership's service department has always treated me well.
