He has followed up with us in the weeks since we bought our car to make sure things are going well and helped us with any questions we had, even after we brought the car home. I've never had a follow up call after a car purchase; it's outstanding customer service! Our finance advisor was excellent, too. The whole process was very quick. Once we decided on our car, our wait was minimal to get the paperwork completed and signed. We would definitely recommend Cody and Larry H. Miller Crysler Jeep Dodge Ram Surprise. I like that they are upfront with the customers, are not pushy and allow you time to look, test drive, think about it. Rather than follow you around every 5 minutes.. I would recommend this location and to my family and friends. In fact I have told people that are looking for cars to go to this location. They are great and helpful. They respond to the customer questions and concerns in a a friendly manner. From looking through purchase, it was fast, I didn't spend the entire day there.. What a great place. More

Naturally when we needed a new car Larry Miller Dodge was our first (and only) choice. That was in 2000, since then we've purchased 3 more cars from Larry Miller in Peoria and Surprise. Oh, by the way; Our Dodges we brought to AZ were from a Dodge dealer in Colorado. We don't see usinfg any other dealer in our future. More

They looked, identified it and told me they had ordered the parts and listed them on my report. 3 weeks later I called to ask about this install and they had no record of the parts being ordered. Fortunately the notes were complete. The parts dept ordered the new seat cover and called me when it came in and I scheduled a visit. Because it is difficult the installation took the better part of a full day, but I'm satisfied. More

I think however he has the bad luck to either have been paired with a horrible finance/sales manager or that he works for a dealership that insists on playing games. Patrick showed us several vehicles, listened to our wants/needs and once we found something we liked, we decided to do some numbers. I advised him that I would give him my information to pull credit but that we couldn't sit around and wait for numbers as we needed to visit an ill relative nearby before it got too late. I assured him we weren't playing games as we would be returning customers, that we were a serious buyer & that we would return later that evening after the hospital. Afterall, who completes a loan application and then takes off before finding out the numbers on a car purchase? I asked for a call or text once his manager worked up the numbers. We left the dealership. A couple of hours later we received a call from Patrick to follow up and see if we were returning. He said they had the numbers but that he hadn't seen them yet. We were actually pulling into the dealership as he called so within minutes were sitting in front of Patrick again. He pulled up our credit application and that is where our experience went downhill. I asked if he had numbers and he let us know that some of the guys didn't think we'd actually be coming back. It was apparent to us that one of those people was possibly the manager as it took about a half hour for Patrick to bring us your dealership's offer. Your management team left Patrick high and dry on a serious purchase. We were looking at a 2017 Jeep Cherokee. The price on the internet is $20,782. I understand this may include some rebates we may not qualify for and I also know there is a rebate on the vehicle. The figures that were presented to us were for a grand total upwards of $33,000 (no trade). That is insane!!! No rebate was included in the price and that appeared to be on purpose. We walked out. I understand there is normally some back and forth between the customer & sales (even if they are “non-commission”) but approaching a customer asking them to pay full MSRP when the internet price is $13k less? Well, there are not even words. Your dealership continues to practice deceitful tactics. They are not concerned with giving the customer a great deal from the get-go. They never disclosed what the interest rate or credit score were. I have been in the finance industry for over 20 years. I don’t want other people to fall to the shady practices of this location. More
