Our salesperson John Ta did an excellent job! He listened to what we wanted. He showed us the vehicles we wanted to see. The whole buying process was stress-free and professional. We also want to recognize John Rhodes for his excellent service as well in processing all of our paperwork and reviewing the vehicle agreement. He was very friendly and explained everything in simple terms. We will definitely go back to Larry Miller Dodge for another vehicle. We will also highly recommend them to our family and friends! During the test drive, he answer all my questions . Since Anthony was unable to visit the dealership with me, he discussed his concerns and costs with John on the phone.. The finance department was very responsive, providing trade in and rebate incentives and bottom line costs in typed form without hidden charges. The figures were clear and precise, unlike another dealership we visited earlier. Amber Haman the service specialist was the best ever. The overall Surprise team effort was above and beyond expectation. John personality, attention to detail and follow-up calls made my SUV buying experience a pleasure .
