The day before my scheduled apt I received a recall notice in the mail re: windshield wiper issues. When I arrived for my oil change, I showed the gentleman my recall notice. It was the first time seeing the recall notice for my jeep but they still took care of it immediately without me having to schedule another / seperate apt. The service department also helped me with a key issue. I feel like I got so much accomplished in just one apt. Thank you! More

Glad I did ! I took my Jeep 2014 4 cylinder Cherokee in for service and while I was waiting I starting looking around. I was not happy with the power of the Jeep, I took my Jeep 2014 4 cylinder Cherokee in for service and while I was waiting I starting looking around. I was not happy with the power of the Jeep, that said I was just looking and met Carol, she showed some 2016 Jeeps with upgrades and 6 cylinder engine that I did not have. Like I said I was just looking, well that changed so I bought one. What a difference from the other car. I was very satisfied with the friendliness that everybody had towards me and enjoying my new Jeep Cherokee 6 cylinder. It has plenty of power even with the AC on. Overall very satisfied and Carol and Ken were great. More
