However my salesman was knowledgeable on all the products they had and after driving several vehicles, we very quickly agreed on a price for my 2014 Dodge Journey, next thing I knew I was leaving with the car!! As a sales guy myself I was impressed with Doug and Ryan's professionalism, knowledge and care in helping me to find the right vehicle for my needs. Two things in particular: 1) there was no "high pressure" tactics; laying out the facts and letting me decide where to go from there, 2) these guys actually "listened" to me and didn't try to sell me the latest bell or whistle I didn't need or ask for, and they didn't push a clearance item that really didn't fit my needs. This is the kind of treatment that will get return business from me. Now….to test the service department when the time comes. If they do as well then it will be a good marriage! More
