First I was reaching to try to trade my other vehicle so I Google some dealership in town. The dealership was great & and friendly no hassle for me to purchase the vehicle just really trying to help me and husband to get out of negative when my other vehicle. The sales people I worked with were very friendly and were most helpful. They even went so far to pull a vehicle out of the show room so I could test both the I-4 and V-6 versions. I feel the sales person really did go to bat for me to try and obtain the best price with my trade in. The only disappointing thing was to discover that my vehicle does not already had the navaigation program in it and they are going to cause me to pay an additional $595.00 to obtain it. That seem extremely to high when a new GPS right off the store shelf can be obtain for $200.00 or less. More

Service center is very nice. Offers TV (do wish they would pick better channels and fix the audio delay), free water, cookies, fruit and comfortable chairs. Of course, free WiFi is always important. Jerry and Eric were both very diligent and knowledgeable sales people. They addressed my questions with knowledgeable & concise answers. Where they could not answer the question they investigated and obtai sales people. They addressed my questions with knowledgeable & concise answers. Where they could not answer the question they investigated and obtained an answer by going to the source. Both were friendly and personable. My disappointment was twofold. First, the sales process involved the back and forth negotiations that seems to be an archaic process when purchasing a car. The management creates an atmosphere that makes the purchasing process painful. They ask for your "out the door" price then come back with new numbers. This continues while you wait an extended period for their response. I would have thought Larry H Miller would be on the leading edge and eliminate an archaic sales process. After saying that I would still recommend this dealership just be prepared for less than complete satisfaction unless you enjoy these types of negotiations. The other issue I had was; I was not given the detailed manufacturers sticker but only a sticker that had the total price and then the dealerships add ons. I have asked for this and was promised I would receive it. This is the first time a dealer has not had the sticker on the window or in the vehicle. On the finance side, Ginger D'anna was very competent and did an excellent job of providing information on the extended and wrap warranties. I would say this part of the process was excellent as was the experience with Jerry and Eric. They deserve the five stars whereas management receives 3 or 4 stars. I had one experience with the service department and that was excellent as well. I had a multipoint service on my old Durango and oil change. Steve was pleasant and provided me with paper work explaining what I should be addressing the next time I came in for my 60,000 mile check up. I will see how they address my future needs with my 2014 Durango. I was provided a tour of the dealership and the service department. This is a newer dealership and even after several months it was impeccably clean from the sales floor to the service department to the restroom. The people very friendly as I walked through the dealership. More
We have been thinking about trying to get another vehicle and trading in our Ford Focus. That situation has complicated our ability to make any kind of workable deal on another vehicle. Your saleslady Crystal worked very hard to find us a vehicle that your financing would work for –– and she did it! Chuck Newman took time to chat with us while we were waiting for responses on the financing arrangements, and a few other people also stopped by to chat during the waiting periods. The price is a bit more than we really thought we should spend, but with the Total Care package, we will have protection against a variety of problems that might cost us a lot more than the difference in the monthly payment, so we decided to 'go for it'. The Total Care contract refers to details on the back however our copy is blank on the back. Please send us the details! The "WE Owe" form indicates the Century Interior and Exterior treatments are due. How do we get this done? More
