The service at this dealership has gotten worse over the years. I took my car to this dealership for something they had allegedly repaired 18 months earlier. Now they wanted to charge me $1200 more and I declined. The issue was cold air blowing from the driver side but allegedly repaired 18 months earlier. Now they wanted to charge me $1200 more and I declined. The issue was cold air blowing from the driver side but not the passenger side and when I picked up the vehicle, I have zero cold air blowing now. I will never be returning to the shop as they are not reliable, or seemingly honest. More

Terrible experience with the service department. If I can rate zero stars I would. Do not go here if you value your vehicle. My truck had been in the shop since the beginning of June. I originally brought it there for some starting issues which was supposedly fixed on the 7th. Me not thinking anything of it went to start the truck the next morning on the 8th and realized I had the same issue but even worse. I brought it back to them on the 8th and told them I had the same issue. My truck sat there from the 8th until the 12th and some where in that time frame my vehicle was hit on the lot. I was not told about this and there was a ton of back and forth with me just trying to get an update on the starting issue. After picking the truck up on now the 28th of June, I did not think to check the vehicle over at that time because of the dealer closing for the day. I decided hey I haven’t seen my vehicle in a while and I want to glance of it once I got home. The first thing I noticed was a big white mark on my blue paint on the passenger side. As I got a closer look, I realized there was damage on the rear passenger quarter panel, the cab and rear door. There was no prior damage or accidents before any of this. At this time the dealership had closed and I could not reach out. I got in touch with my service advisor the following day and informed him of this issue. I asked to see pictures of the initial check in on the first and when ever they checked it in again to compare. This is where I discovered it wasn’t checked back in until the 12th. There was no damage on the truck in the first picture and when I received the other check in photo, you can see it clear as day. I immediately got the blame for it since I took it home for less than 24 hours. I got in contact with the service manager and requested video footage of the truck there and never received it. They ended up taking ownership of the damage and I brought it back to them for the repair. After getting my truck back today on the 14th of July, I examined the spot that was repaired and noticed an orange peel look and texture to the paint and swirls everywhere! I was extremely frustrated at this point and decided to just go home. I’m a car guy and I’m sure anyone else that values their vehicles will notice this. Keep in mind this whole time I never received an ”I’m sorry for the inconveniences” no courtesy vehicle or nothing, just here’s your keys and go. I wanted to share my experience so this doesn’t happen to another customer again. More
