I brought my 2026 RAM not to this dealership but with only a few 4 thousand miles on it due to a mechanical issue. The truck has now been in this shop for several days with no clear timeline for repair only a few 4 thousand miles on it due to a mechanical issue. The truck has now been in this shop for several days with no clear timeline for repair or delivery. Communication has been very limited, and I was only recently told that RAM corporate is now involved due to the nature of the issue. Despite multiple requests, I have not been given a firm estimated completion date or consistent updates. I understand that parts and warranty repairs can take time, but for a brand-new vehicle, I expect clear communication, transparency, and better support. At this point, I am still waiting for basic information such as a confirmed diagnosis, part status, and repair timeline. I hope this review encourages the dealership to improve communication and customer support for situations like this. More

Ive had many friends buy new trucks and some had issues. Usually it ends there and the dealership avoids any contact after that. Can‘t let that one bad apple ruin the experience at Larry Miller. What I can say is once you made your purchase, the service department means business. Nowhere have I seen the flow I see there and they don‘t mess around either. The Techs are well trained and should they doubt their diagnosis in the slightest they pull another tech over to brainstorm and work together. These guys don‘t check the clock and wait for 1800 they stay late to make sure you are happy. Try it out. More

Invoice stated about my concern of a noise on front end. Tech stated that the upper control arm is bad and rubber is torn. I was never told this. on the tech notes it says I declined repair. Was left in dark for 12 hours. Then When I picked up car after 7pm the next day. Was told by TJ, all was repaired or nothing to worry about till next service. They never did check the brakes at the 30 k mile service. This service is 23 miles from my house, I will try another one close to me next time. More
