I bought if from Larry Miller Chrysler Jeep, and they assured me that the truck was in properly working condition dealership here in Tucson, Arizona. I bought if from Larry Miller Chrysler Jeep, and they assured me that the truck was in properly working condition and that it was running. They said they put in a new battery, never happened. They said they installed new window tint on the whole truck, that didn't happen. They said that the transmission is good, and it just went out on me after driving it off of your lot a month ago. More

I have a story to tell as I’ve been documenting everything so I apologize that it’s so long. This is about Larry h Miller Chrysler Jeep in Tucson Az. My wife and I have been shopping for a everything so I apologize that it’s so long. This is about Larry h Miller Chrysler Jeep in Tucson Az. My wife and I have been shopping for a new car and have had issues getting out of our Jeep as we were upside down, she has good credit and I don’t and she hasn’t been at her job very long. 12/19/21 Long convo with David “Mikey” about credit, told them we need a ton of money down, etc based off what we’ve been told at numerous dealers. Told him our exact credit and financial situation. We’ve been turned down and only approved by lenders with a ton of money down. Finally convinced us to fill out credit app and that there was no way possible we won’t get approved etc. We found a vehicle, 2012 or 2014 Dodge Charger. They said they were crunching numbers on vehicle we were looking at. Never got back to us. Finally they did saying we were “approved with $1000.00 down”. Next thing we know they Sold the vehicle we were interested in to someone else. At this point we should have stopped and gave up on this dealer. You convinced us to find a car, you convinced us to fill out a credit app when we already knew our situation then you sell the vehicle to someone else who probably took priority because they came into the dealership? VS buying online, not wanting to drag our infant around just to get turned down when we already had been numerous times? Why have the buy online option if other people that come in take priority? Our salesman said to keep an eye out for another vehicle and ghosted us. Went through 3 different sales people and a sales manager for someone to be interested in helping us into a used vehicle. We eventually gave up trying to do this remote and decided to show up to the dealer even when we already had a credit app in and when it says online purchase. After a few hours of going back and fourth with sales staff and management finally agreed on “numbers” We leave, with a new/used vehicle happy as can be. December 20th After our salesman talked all this crap about carmax and Carvana and how they are terrible and don’t inspect vehicles, the very next day less than 24 hours later check engine light came on. I tell the salesman, he said he’ll get back to us the second he gets in. Fantastic, he has this covered. After waiting and not hearing back, I put my infant in her car seat and drive to the dealer. The salesman greats me with, I was just about to go on lunch. I do apologize for disturbing your lunch break but you sold me a Lemon. Then you didn’t get back to me this morning as promised now we are here. It ended up being something small, they fixed it and we left. December 27th 12:00pm, get a phone call saying “banks are having trouble verifying income” which is completely xxxxxxxx. They said we need your husband to submit a credit app. So that we can prove income. Obviously that’s completely wrong and misleading for many reasons. 1. The entire time they were going back and fourth with payment, etc. no bank had even approved the credit app. 2. They were hoping a bank would pick it up 3. When we were in finance, I asked which lender picked us up? In which the finance lady said we don’t typically know for a day or two which is completely news to me. I’ve been in sales my entire life and I worked for one of the largest dealers in the nation. 4. Why would you let someone leave with a vehicle, sign legal binding papers, agree on a monthly payment etc if you don’t even have a bank that’s approved the loan? They made up the “required” down payment and the monthly payment just based roughly off her credit score? When we left, for an entire week they continued to run her credit which we were notified of every single time. Now they are calling us because the banks can’t “confirm income” no, that’s not the case…. The banks can’t approve my wife’s credit. Now you need a co-signer which should have been handled in the dealership when we were there or maybe even prior to us being there during the “buy online” process. He also confirmed that there’s a chance the deal might no go through and they will have to unwind the deal, giving us back our Jeep, money down and we would have to return the car we purchased. I filled out an application around 11:30a.m. They then submitted both of our information through banks. To see if they can get an approval. A week after we “were approved, congrats the deal is done” a week after us driving the vehicle around, putting miles on the vehicle, a week after us signing legal binding documents. 4 hours later, still didn’t hear from them. So I called, was transferred 3 times then phone was sent to voicemail, called back and finally someone named Tyler answered and said he’s a sales manager who would help us. Was told I would be called back in 15 minutes. Tyler reached back out 2 hours later, saying he is still running credit and waiting for a final approval through 2 remaining banks and should know by noon the next day. 12/28/21 I still haven’t heard anything at 3:45pm so figured I’d call to check up on what’s happening. At this point I have a car sitting in my driveway and have no idea if it’s even mine or not. Spoke to a salesman who said Tyler was busy and he’ll cal me back. 6:10pm still haven’t heard anything More
