Far too often people will make significant efforts to express their complaints and show little effort in expressing their gratitude for the service provided. I recently brought my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service and to have a concern looked at. My service advisor Josua Harris was more than helpful explaining what further measures were needed to investigate the issue.
