Grateful I reached out to Tony after an issue with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. He told me to swing by any day and he'd look at the problem and diagnose. Great team, fair deal! Found a vehicle I was interested in during a web search for used vehicles. I showed up Friday evening to take a look and was grated by Javier Cano. I Found a vehicle I was interested in during a web search for used vehicles. I showed up Friday evening to take a look and was grated by Javier Cano. I Told him what I wanted to look at, he showed me the vehicle, then we took it for a test drive. I was impressed that he respected what I told him I was interested in and did not try and sell me something more expensive. I had a trade-in and a what I thought was a fair price in mind based on some research. We did spent a little bit of time coming to a deal that we both felt good about... I felt no pressure during the little bit of back and forth concerning the value of my trade-in (ended up getting more than I expected). I needed to go home and discuss the details of the deal with my wife. Javier and the sales managers respected this and I was able to leave without "close the deal now" pressure. I came back the next day with my wife to finish the deal. Unfortunately, Javier was busy with another customer and the dealership was packed! My wife and I were "handed" off to Harry Easby to finish the deal because we had things to do. Harry has to be one of the most entertaining people that I have ever dealt with in sales! Harry is the kind of guy that you would feel just as comfortable having dinner and a few drinks as we did buying a car... really nice and fun guy with amazing stories. Overall... one of, if not the best experience that I have ever had at a car dealership. All of the people we talked to and worked with were awesome! My wife has anxiety issues in this type of environment... After the experience, she told me that she would feel comfortable looking for a new car at this dealership anxiety free. More
