Trent Beatty who is the manager over the service department is the best! I had a dead battery in my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I purchased new from Larry Miller Jeep. I arrived without an appoint department is the best! I had a dead battery in my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I purchased new from Larry Miller Jeep. I arrived without an appointment and Trent was able fit me in and so I could get a new battery installed. Trent was my service advisor before he got promoted to manager. I had a super high truck payment that I had to get out of and these guys made it happen... They helped me avoid a repossession and actually got me into a very sharp suv. Was able to make my appointment on line, showed up and only waited 2 hours for service. While waiting, was offered Coffee, water, and snacks.
