Lots of work on my wrangler and car insurance headaches my wrangler got hit and the results were that a lot of work needed to be done to the suspension parts and pieces on the front end. Pete handled the very confusing USAA insurance reporting and compliance info. You cannot believe the confusion and the number of people Pete and I worked with at USAA. Pete did a supremely great job of coordinating with USAA and their estimators and his crew left my car running as good as when I took if off the showroom floor. Chantal Estrada, by the way, also got involved with one the many USAA contractors to enumerate what and communicate as to what USAA meant by "details". Within 2 hours not only did she nail the exact information that they needed but She got all the information written out and sent to ASI so that there would be no question as to what the "details" were. Excellent Job Chantal. In closing I would like to say that Pete, the techs, and Chantal exemplified the LHM beliefs especially respect for the customer. New Jeep Wrangler Purchase I was shopping for a new Jeep Wrangler and LHM in Aurora was the 1st place I stopped as it was closest to my home. My salesman was Kyle Koho, and my F I was shopping for a new Jeep Wrangler and LHM in Aurora was the 1st place I stopped as it was closest to my home. My salesman was Kyle Koho, and my Finance Manager was Dennis. Kyle was very helpful in assisting us determine what model of Wrangler we wanted, and was great post-purchase explaining the features of our new Wrangler. I had gotten pre-approved for an auto loan prior to arrival, but Dennis was able to find me an even better rate from a local bank. We got the vehicle we wanted, for a great price, and at a interest rate that was better than I was able to find by myself. It was a really great auto purchase experience. More
