New Jeep Grand Cherokee I just leased a beautiful 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I initially shopped at AutoNation Chrysler Jeep on Arapahoe road as I had done for my previous tw I just leased a beautiful 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I initially shopped at AutoNation Chrysler Jeep on Arapahoe road as I had done for my previous two Jeep vehicles. I picked out the vehicle I wanted and came to an agreement to lease a Grand Cherokee with dealer on Arapahoe. We put the deal in writing and I signed it. Within a few minutes of signing the agreement, someone who presented himself as I manager at the other dealership walked out and told me they would not be able to honor the written agreement we had just done. He insisted I would have to make payments that were $35 dollars more per month if I wanted to lease the agreed upon vehicle. I immediately left AutoNation Chrysler Jeep and called other local dealers to see who would be interested in my business. Although it was nearly closing time, Selena Talmich took my phone call and listened to what had just happened at the other dealership. Within minutes she called me back and accepted the exact same offer on the exact same vehicle that the other dealer had refused to honor. I drove to Larry Miller Colorado Chrysler Jeep and signed the deal on the spot. My beautiful 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude Addition was delivered to my business and the final paperwork was signed two days later. Outstanding Customer Service Despite Price Challenge I went in to have a headlight replaced and wiper blades replaced with winter blades. The cost of the replacement bulb at $327 should be illegal and that was with the discount! I had no alternative but to have the bulb installed due to the safety issue. Harlow was extremely empathetic to my dilemma and arranged for a discount. He kept checking in on me to make sure I was okay. Harlow explained in great detail the reason for the cost was due to the model year (2014). I guess instead of replacing my vehicle when the tires wear out like I usually do, I will replace it when the other bulb goes out. Harlow handled a potentially volatile situation with grace while maintaining a professional demeanor. Five stars for Harlow for handling this customer service nightmare. More
