I went in for normal service (24,000 miles) on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Harlow and I discussed the fact that I try to keep this vehicle strictly for my real estate business. He suggested the service team check my tires for alignment and also bring pressure up in each tire {one has chronic low pressure issues). Harlow called later that afternoon to say the car was ready and he explained that upon thorough examination it was determined that the car needed both front and back alignment due to my "off road" travel of mountain properties. Additionally, the issue with the tire was resolved when it was bubble tested. I have always been satisfied with the service on my car, but this time it seemed even better.
