They worked within my budget to get me more than I expected When I went in I thought I would have to get a used car with no bells and whistles to stay within my budget. I was very pleased when I found out a 2017 jeep patriot with all the bells and whistles was only $1000 more than the older models with no extras. The salesman, Rick, showed me everything I asked to see and was nice and relatable the whole way. The dealership gave me more for my trade than I thought I could get which put my dream car within my budget. I love jeeps and I hope to be a life long jeep customer and would go to this dealership again. More

Greatest experience buying a car ever I had a 2014 Chrysler 300 which I really loved but after moving from NJ to Denver my first winter here, the car did not handle well. Since being in De I had a 2014 Chrysler 300 which I really loved but after moving from NJ to Denver my first winter here, the car did not handle well. Since being in Denver I have been taking my car to Colorado Chrysler for servicing and the service department there is world class. So it was a no brained that when I was ready to lease my AWD 300 I would go to Colorado Chrysler. My salesman was Cameron and he was knowledgeable and extremely pleasurable to deal with. There was no hard sell and took me through the process painlessly and very respectful of my time. Once I selected my car they gave me a great price and a great deal on my trade in. In addition to my memorable experience with Cameron the car closing with Stephen Branch was just as great. No trying to sell me things I did not need he just took me through the process and it was pleasurable. Folks if you want a unique experience go to Colorado Chrysler and experience it for yourself! More

Minimal back and forth and straight shooting on pricing and rates. After the purchase Rick stayed to show us all the amenities of the vehicle and helped us hook our wireless devices to the car. Still waiting for a call back We did our application a week ago today. We still know nothing. No one has contacted us and will not call us back. I have called numerous times and they said still working on it and we will call you back. No one ever calls back. I had two people with great credit scores that were going to go check them out on Friday but not know. I will direct them somewhere else. They have lost 2 more sales because they didn't think that we were worth a call back. NEVER GO HERE! More

I knew exactly what car I wanted, what I wanted it loaded with and how much I was willing to pay. Richard was amazing and helped us every step of the way. He was patient and did not stop until he was able to get us the deal we wanted. Very professional and customer service friendly. Working in the customer service industry for so long and taking several training classes on customer service, it is very important to me. I'm glad Richard shared my enthusiasm for the way customers are treated and did an exceptional job. There were other salesmen there were not so friendly to us but Richard made it worth the hassle.
