New Service Staff is Great I had stopped using this dealer when they first purchased dealership solely because of an absolutely disgraceful service manager. Thankfully they got rid of him and the new Service Manager and whole Service Department is truly professional and courteous. Kenny was very nice and thorough. Kenny was very interested in resolving our issues. One of them was very simple to fix. The other not so easy. So Kenny went on a drive with us to try and duplicate the other noise but it wasn't successful. Kenny said if the problem came back to stop in sometime while in the neighborhood and ask for him so he can take a look at it. The noise is back but only intermittently so as soon as we can get the car to produce the noise constantly, we'll be back. That's what I call service. There was no cost because the work was covered under our warranty hence the 5 stars for pricing. More
